Outstanding This was the first time in 14 years that I walked into a car showroom. From the moment I entered I knew this was going to be a good experience. Ken This was the first time in 14 years that I walked into a car showroom. From the moment I entered I knew this was going to be a good experience. Ken approached me. Asked if I needed help. Since I was pretty much sold on getting a KIA, where I made my purchase was going to be made by how the dealership dealt with me. There was no hard sell. Ken answered whatever questions I had. Offered 2 alternatives and once I was clear on what I wanted, he respectfully asked for my business. When I returned to finalize the sales and pick up my car Ken spent close to 2 hours reviewing the numerous features my Optima has. The service and treatment is as good if not better than I had with Lexus. When I got home shortly after leaving Ken, my neighbor stopped me to see the car. He asked if I bought it at Nutley KIA. I replied yes. Asked him why he asked. His response was , they are one of the best dealerships he has ever dealt with. I know that I am in good hands. I will be returning to the dealership for my license plates and more lessons on how to use the new technology and features my car has to offer. No doubt Nutley KIA and Ken are my new best friends.
