He was so knowledgeable of the entire process answering every and any questions i could come up with. I was so impressed with these two gentlemen that i went back the next day and traded my vehicle in with no issues, got the vehicle i went there to get without anyone trying to up sale me something different(trim). while paperwork was getting in order my vehicle was ready to go and when i finish signing everything i got in my new car and drove away. no waiting for prep or anything amazing work. and let me not forget Mr. David(financial guy) very straight forward and will advise you of everything but won't try to force you into getting any extras.
