When I went to pick up the car I was there for over an hour, even though I made an appointment to pick up the car. After that they were non-existent. Had some paperwork issues that I finally had to resolve myself. The best word I can use to describe the owner is pompous. I've wasted more than enough time with them. so avoid this dealership.
