Bought my Carnival brand new in July 2022 . I initially reached out in April, but because the car market was crazy, they didn't have what I wanted available. Theresa kept in touch with me until what I wanted was going to be coming in (this call was June, with delivery set for first week in July). From there, Chris took over - this guy is a gem. He was very knowledgeable and super responsive to all of my questions. The whole process was quick and easy - they were charging MSRP and not a dime more (unlike Kia in Sussex who was charging $12k over and Motion Kia charging $6k over). I went in, put the refundable deposit down, and the car arrived the day they told me it would. Went in, filled out all of the paperwork, and maybe an hour later I was driving off the lot in my new car. No add-ons, no gimmicks... It was a wonderful experience, start to finish. Would absolutely make the drive to Nutley Kia to purchase another vehicle from them. Thanks Chris!! More
