Deemer57 As long as you were not mistreated in any way please understand our position. Nutley Kia sales have exploded over the past 3 years because of our pricing and the customer experience we deliver (check out our reviews). Since we are only charging MSRP I am assuming you drove up from Central Jersey because you were unable to find a dealer closer to home that is pricing their vehicles the same as us. Included with our pricing policy we have limited sales strictly to our local market because we want the whole customer relationship - Sales, Service and Parts and we know that we never see customers again that live outside our market. Our policy is listed on our website and our staff is completely transparent when handling telephone inquiries. Sorry you were disappointed but we remain focused on serving our community. theblinkingblvd I am sure you are a knowledgeable consumer, but I am sorry to say your comments are completely inaccurate. I am Jim Russomano and Anne is my wife (I guess I look a lot older than I am ). We are both the owners of the dealership but neither of us work in the showroom negotiating sales with our customers (however we do have plenty of other responsibilities to manage our business). We do not know your name and we do not know who you may have been working with. Please give me a call 973.667.0500 so we can understand who you may have been working with and what may have occurred. As you can see from over the 5000 reviews we have received we are AWAESOME ( and none of these reviews are solicited). In the world we live in today with low supply and high demand many, many other dealerships are, and have been, charging consumers THOUSANDS above MSRP - we are not. Our vehicle prices are completely transparent and calculating a lease or finance payment is simple once we have the credit approval.
