I had a very bad experience at a prior Kia dealership 4 years ago (Jersey City Kia on Water Street) and was very apprehensive about coming back to Kia altogether. Luckily, Brandon was very welcoming, upfront and transparent about what we were looking for. I didn't expect to stay for as long as I did (3 1/2 hours) but it was worth it. I was able to keep my car and with a lower monthly payment. If it wasn't for Brandon, I would've been just been a regular customer walking away from Kia. More
