I purchased a new stinger 2022 and a couple month later got into an accident with the front left wheel hitting a curb. I brought the car back for repairs and had to pay out of pocket. The sales rep that I purchased the car from was great. 10/10 service from Andre. But the service department has given me the run around. After the diagnosis that was done . The parts were orders and I paid that amount they asked for parts+labor. I then drive the car again and notice a vibrating feeling throughout the car. I can feel shaking from the floor of the car to my steering wheel. Nobody properly test drove the car . Because when I brought it back, they tried telling me that nothing is wrong with the car … I was furious. I drove the car for 3k miles already . I know what it’s supposed to drive like. They then test drive the car and confirm that NEW PARTS need to be orders and add 900$ cost to the total repairs. Bad diagnosis Bad service More
