Nutley Kia was my 11th stop on the car search circuit and we were in and out in an hour and a half. We drove down to see the card that actually was advertised and still on the lot, test drove it and agree to a price that was advertised. There were no games and unnecessary charges that were not expected. Even after the car was purchased, the excellent service continued. By the time we drove off the lot we felt like family! I highly recommend Teresa Granata and Ulises Contreras! Thank you for making this my final stop! More

Initially I was happy with my purchase of a used 2013 Kia Soul. However, four months later my assessment of this dealership could not be worse. The car that purchase on March 4 2021 worked well for a few m Soul. However, four months later my assessment of this dealership could not be worse. The car that purchase on March 4 2021 worked well for a few months but after that the engine started over heating. and the engine check light came on. I brought the vehicle to the dealer in mid July, and since then it has been sitting in their repair shop for over six weeks with no repair work done on it, in spite of the fact that the car was sold to me with a dealer engine warranty. My only conclusion from this bitter experience is that this dealership is either very incompetent or a scam. More

Ulises was great as he guided us through the process which entailed leaving a deposit and waiting for the exact Telluride we wanted. My review is based only on my online interactions with a sales rep. The sales rep refused to negotiate via email or give any breakdown of price (e.g. APR, lease payments, etc.). I found this very surprising since many Kia dealerships provide all these details directly on their websites. Also, the sales rep made many grammar and spelling errors in their emails. Overall I got a feeling of a shady business that relies on applying hard sales tactics on customers - I don't see another reason for the insistence that I come to the dealership in person. More
