NEVER service anything here. Their tactics should be criminal. I tried to get a key fixed here. They said they couldn't get the key they made to fit. It would two hours to work in it and if it didn't fit, I would have to get a new ignition. I took the key they made to a lock company, they sprayed wd40 in the ignition and it worked. I paid the lock company $80 to program, not $360 for 2 hours work, not to mention a what a new ignition would have cost. Will NEVER return to any O'Brian dealership. More

Just drove off the lot in my my new used 2021 Tacoma and had the pleasure of working with Harold who made the entire process easy and was extremely personable. It was explained to me that they do not fill up used cars and only brand new ones and Harold went out of his way to give me $10 for gas. This was not necessary at all but just goes to show how must he cares for his customers. 10/10 would recommend! More

I bought a really nice Toyota Sienna with very low mileage on it. Terrance worked super hard to get the vehicle at the price I was willing to pay.
