I have never had an easier buying experience than I did at O’Brien Honda. There was no pressure just honest concern for getting me the car I was hoping for. Matt Couch was the salesperson who greeted me on at O’Brien Honda. There was no pressure just honest concern for getting me the car I was hoping for. Matt Couch was the salesperson who greeted me on the the lot. My daughter was with me. He was so courteous and listened to both of us. He gave me a chance to test drive a CR-V and I fell in love with it. He found the color I wanted and all the other bells and whistles. The car was not on the lot but I put money down and it arrived on Monday. I took advantage of the 0% financing Honda is offering and the whole transaction was so easy. Thank you Matt, Karen and the shuttle drivers I rode with when I took it in for mud flaps, exterior coating and interior coating. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. More
