Great place to buy a Honda. In our case, our 6th from this dealership, a 2021 Odyssey EX-L. We drove 1300 miles from Sarasota, FL, where we now reside, to trade in our 2016 EX-L. Our salesperson was Patricia Puetz, who magnificently coordinated the paperwork with Karen in Finance via UPS. Took delivery of the car and Pat patiently walked my wife and I through all of the lengthy pre-delivery instructions because the 2021 is much different than the 2016. Pat did an outstanding job with pricing and getting the car ready to pick up. O'Brien's pricing was much better than what was offered to us locally. This was the first work that my 2016 CRV needed since the dealership was purchased by the O'Brien group. I worked with Kristi, the service manager who was terrific. Less attention to detail than we’re used to. Had to be persistent to get everything done. Still having trouble syncing and using smartphone and think it is a problem with the iPhone outlet.
