Julie Spaulding is a rock star! I recently ordered a Pilot out of state but plan to mainly use it in Bloomington. There was a recall for a sticker on my car and she did a great job tracking down the sti Pilot out of state but plan to mainly use it in Bloomington. There was a recall for a sticker on my car and she did a great job tracking down the sticker, getting it sent to her from Florida and safeguarding it until it could be installed. When she called to say she had it she actually offered to deliver it! Wow! I didn’t mind stopping by and when I did I was impressed with the care the service rep showed, he first removed the old sticker and residue before carefully applying the new one. I have been a Honda customer for many decades and this is just one more example of why. I wholeheartedly recommend them! If they work this hard for a sticker imagine what they will do for more complex issues. More

Warranty work done beyond expectations My 2017 Honda CRV had some AC issues that were worked through our local O'Brien Honda dealership in Bloomington-Normal. The Freon was gone and there My 2017 Honda CRV had some AC issues that were worked through our local O'Brien Honda dealership in Bloomington-Normal. The Freon was gone and there was an issue with one of the pressure valves in the system. O'Brien Honda, not only fixed my AC issue, but also refilled my AC with freon which is not longer a warranty item pass the first 12 months from the date of purchase. They recognized that a warrantied item in the car caused the freon escape and graciously replenished it w/o charge This is the reason, I take my two other Hondas to O'Brien. I do appreciate them listening to us as customers and helping us above and beyond. More
