Warranty work done beyond expectations My 2017 Honda CRV had some AC issues that were worked through our local O'Brien Honda dealership in Bloomington-Normal. The Freon was gone and there My 2017 Honda CRV had some AC issues that were worked through our local O'Brien Honda dealership in Bloomington-Normal. The Freon was gone and there was an issue with one of the pressure valves in the system. O'Brien Honda, not only fixed my AC issue, but also refilled my AC with freon which is not longer a warranty item pass the first 12 months from the date of purchase. They recognized that a warrantied item in the car caused the freon escape and graciously replenished it w/o charge This is the reason, I take my two other Hondas to O'Brien. I do appreciate them listening to us as customers and helping us above and beyond. More

Fantastic vehicle, smooth ride, lots of features and I knew a CR-V was the right fit for me. Jason chatted with us about the newer vehicles and their prices, warranties, etc along with the used one that I test drove, so that I could compare the options. He was a great salesman and he gave my husband and I time to discuss things privately. It was within our budget to buy a brand new 2019 so we took the plunge. The .9% financing Honda is offering is fabulous, so onto Karen to help us on this side! She was also terrific answering all my questions with extended warranties.
