I think that thier business is mostly repeat from old customers, however, the old customers don't last forever and the dealership will need to adapt of go under, I couldn't care less as I won't be going back there, found a great deal by a real nice company right up the road, same vehicle but a million miles away in their attitude and my buying experience.
