Point check on used cars. I bought a 2016 used vehicle with 7,000 miles. I loved the SUV but not sure if they did a point check on the car. ''Got lied to then lied to again'' This problem happened with the 4th brand new truck I bought from them. This was a 2013 leftover that I bought in 2014 that was sold as ''new'' and tol This problem happened with the 4th brand new truck I bought from them. This was a 2013 leftover that I bought in 2014 that was sold as ''new'' and told the full warranty of starts the day you purchased it. A year later the truck went in for the 2 year free oil change at at another dealer and was told that plan had expired. Called O'Conners ,they said they fixed the issue. A year later went in for warranty work and same thing, expired, called again they said tough luck. In summery, I bought a new truck with a promised full warranty that actually was missing a full years worth of complimentary oil changes the 3 year 36000 bumper to bumper warranty and 5 year 100,000 powertrain. They lied about the warranty when purchased, lied when I called to fix problem, and won't help remedy situation at all. More
