JT immediately took us to his office to gather information on the type of car we wanted. He showed us the fleet on the lot, answered all of our questions with thorough knowledge, and was very patient. JT definitely made us feel that our business was wanted and appreciated. We received an incredible offer, and after a few hours my wife and I left with our brand new 2012 Honda Pilot. During our stay at O'Donnell, we were blown away by the customer service provided by all. Everyone took so much time to explain anything and everything to us regarding our car, financing, etc. We live closer to two other Honda dealerships, but O'Donnell is THE ONE we will be going to for annual service and future cars. It's a range because we ended up working with several people. Sam, who sold me the car, was friendly and salesmanly, and offered to get a minor problem taken care of when we came back. Kelly was in charge of getting our DC tags, and I'm sure she has a lot to do, but there were a few weeks where I wasn't sure what I needed to do to get that taken care of, and I was never able to reach her when I called, and she never called me back to answer my questions. As a result, it wasn't until I received some forms in the mail that I understood what was going on, and stopped worrying. More

This is a very honest dealership, we were told by Coleman Honda that mud guards were not included with the 2012 Pilot, and O'Donnell told us they were standard. Things like this made me purchase the 2012 Pilot EX-L with Navi from O'Donnell. They are a pleasure to do business with. I wanted to buy a Civic SI but I had not decided whether or not I wanted a four door or a two door. I called ahead of time and let Mike Garvey know what I was interested in and how much money I was going to or not I wanted a four door or a two door. When I arrived at the dealer ship there was both models parked out front waiting for me. Mike Garvey met me outside and said "Just let me know which one you would like and the four door is two hundred dollars more than the two door." then walked back inside. I decided to purchase the two door. When I went back inside to meet Mike all of my paper work was already filled out and ready to go. I was at the dealership for less than an hour. In addition to the exceptional service that I received they provided the best price by five thousand dollars compared to all the other local dealerships. I could not have been any more satisfied with the service I received and will not shop anywhere else for my next new Honda Purchase. I live less than two miles away from Brown's Honda of Glen Burnie and approximately 22 miles away from O'Donnell Honda and chose to purchase my Honda from O'Donnell Honda rather than Brown's Honda, because of their renowned reputation. They definitely lived up to it. Since I have purchased my new vehicle I have referred two of my friends and one of my family members to O'Donnell and they also had nothing but great things to say about the service and the price they received with the purchase of their new Honda.
