So many people tell me to use other mechanics that they use, however, those mechanics make me buy the products needed or necessary to fix the problems and they don’t answer the phone calls I make to them. use, however, those mechanics make me buy the products needed or necessary to fix the problems and they don’t answer the phone calls I make to them. O’Hara has always been available and made appointments for me sometimes immediately when a mechanic was available. They told me approximately how long it would take to get the parts needed and how much it would cost me initially. They have a great waiting room with free coffee and snacks and clean and sanitary furniture to relax in. All of their personnel are helpful and caring especially Christine. More
