I drive out of my way, 40 minutes, and don't go to the Jeep dealer in Hyannis, because of the service and engagement of staff like Christine Gill. Christine talks to me like a friend, not as a customer, and provides advice that I am sure she would give to her own family, about scope of work (what to do or not) to maintain my 2021 Firecracker Red 2 dr Wrangler as if it just left the showroom floor.... I might also mention that the reason we purchased 4 years ago from Paul Cote, was that he went the extra mile *during Covid and chip shortages - to order my Jeep exactly the way I wanted (which was not the case at the other dealer). Today, Christine also arranged for a recall service down the road proactively - All good here - I'll be back again! More
