I drive out of my way, 40 minutes, and don't go to the Jeep dealer in Hyannis, because of the service and engagement of staff like Christine Gill. I might also mention that the reason we purchased 4 years ago from Paul Cote, was that he went the extra mile *during Covid and chip shortages - to order my Jeep exactly the way I wanted (which was not the case at the other dealer).
