ON 5/5/22, STOPPED IN TO GET REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER, WITH NO APPOINTMENT. I KNEW IT WAS A FAIRLY DIFFICULT INSTALLATION PROCESS. Scheduled an appointment online, was confirmed by "Lee" for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped by truck off and filled out the envelope with a request for a conventional oil and tire rotation and to for an oil change and tire rotation. Came back to dealer at 430 to pick it up, they didn't do the tire rotation, "they missed it", and asked me to drop it off another day as they couldn't do it then. Went to drive away, drivers door, hood and interior covered in grease and oil. More

We had an appointment Dec. 1st gir a 4 wheel alignment due to 25k miles without one. Lee took the JL from Laura and did a walk-around with her and pointed out a couple of dings we didn't see...Lee got the due to 25k miles without one. They did fo a thorough drive train inspection and said everything looked good and gave Laura the paperwork to show what was done. This company goes out of it's way to ensure satisfaction every time we've been there...Robert was also there to add info on the service done and answered Laura's questions...unlike the local Hyannis Jeep dealer. Why we bought our JL from O'Hara Motors. Thank you! More
