Fired and threaten on the O'Meara GMC. My self and my 14 years old son came today 03/31/2023 around 4 pm to pick up the cancellation form for the extended warranty and to clear up any issues one-on-one as suggested by the O'Meara GMC dealer in their response above on 03/27/2023. At first the made obtaining a copy of the warranty cancellation as an impossible mission. Second, they told me to talk to the sales manages Jason about the one-on-one talk to clear up any issue. I went to the office of Jason and he was with Octavio and he said in an angry tone while I was still outside the glassy door of the office " you put your review in every platform and then he pointed at me with his finger and said we will give you your copy of the warranty cancellation form and GO HOME" I told him do not threat me and say please go home. Then he said with anger "you can wait here (means on the tables) or wait outside (means outside the dealer) till we give you your copy of warranty cancellation." Then he sniffed the back of his hand in rage. I told him even this response will be posted online in the review and my 14 years old son with me as a witness. It is so sad that dealers write positive responses online to show that they are responsible and wanted to do the right thing and strive to give the best service, while in reality they have no intention to fix what they did wrong. Now, I am scared to visit them again. If they want to solve the problem, they may write a check with the difference $4,000 and mail it directly to my physical address that they have on file.
