Called 9 weeks days straight, at least 5 times a day and no one answered. Left message 4 or 5 times and no one called back. Was told it would only take a 1/2 hour. Waited 1 and 1/2 hours. Car left shop bay no one answered. Left message 4 or 5 times and no one called back. Was told it would only take a 1/2 hour. Waited 1 and 1/2 hours. Still have issues here. Even under new ownership. Not a great experience. Had to have the Service Manager call back to address why items were not brought to my attention dur Even under new ownership. Not a great experience. Had to have the Service Manager call back to address why items were not brought to my attention during the first visit. First visit was oil change and trans fluid flush. Brought vehicle home and it started leaking both fluids. Was not leaking before. After taking the vehicle back to the dealer to address they found $5k worth of immediate repairs needed. More
