3 weeks before the appointment date, I scheduled it in person, because your online scheduler wasn't working, according to it, you were booked out 7 months. I tried calling for 3 days, but could never talk to anyone, despite leaving three voicemails. The day I stopped in to make the appointment, I was told the online scheduler was broken and probably would never be repaired, and also the voicemail system was screwed up. At that time, I scheduled my 2013 Verano for an oil change, serpentine belt replacement (9 yr old car with low miles and it's never been done), an A/C check-up and a full safety inspection as we are planning a 2,500 mile trip with car in early November. I was told the serpentine belt was common between GM vehicles with that motor and there'd not be a problem with it being in stock. I explained that my wife would be waiting, but I didn't want her to be there all day, and was assured that the items I wanted done would take about 3 to 4 hours, an acceptable amount of time for her to wait. The morning she arrived, she was informed that the oil change was possible and would take an hour, that the belt was out of stock, would have to be ordered and might be three days, and that to even inspect the A/C the car needed to be left overnight, no mention of the inspection. My wife called me, had me talk to Annissa who explained all this to me, I was not happy and asked her why when I made the appointment, I was told a completely different story regarding these items. She said that she just got the work order on her screen that morning, so she didn't know. The oil change was completed, we will have to make other arrangements to get the belt and the A/C done, and the inspection was apparently never completed (in the past it was always attached to the completed work order) so I have no clue if the car needs anything else before we can prepare for a road trip.
