Worst service and “sales” department to deal with. Not sure if they didn’t take our business seriously, but after putting some money down and pre-signing on a vehicle that was not even available, we n Not sure if they didn’t take our business seriously, but after putting some money down and pre-signing on a vehicle that was not even available, we never received updates. We understood the vehicle would be on its way but were continuously told “we have no update, we don’t know where it is”. The last day dealing with them, my husband called for an update and the salesman told him “you do know we don’t make the vehicles here right”. That set it off to cut our deal with them. My husband works in sales and I work in customer service, this is truly unacceptable to speak to customers this way. We will never go back or give business to such a place that has no regard for the customer. More
