Came in for a scheduled appointment. ..oil change. Normal time would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and a half I went to check on my vehicle. There was grease prints on the inside drivers door and outside drivers door frame. More

I am glad you hired more help in the service department. I may get my oil changes there instead of jiffy lube.
