Repair to electrical system and suspension. I made an online appointment for some continuing issues but had no way to know I would have to leave the car all day. I used the courtesy ride home bu I made an online appointment for some continuing issues but had no way to know I would have to leave the car all day. I used the courtesy ride home but never received a call about status, even though I called and left 2 messages. I called the next day (Saturday) to check on status and was told they would call me back. They never did and when I called several times, I finally reached someone only to be told mechanics didn’t work on Saturday. I had to have the car Monday, so we came to get it. No repair was made. More
