O'Meara GMC - Service Center

Scheduled an appointment and vehicle was not started on after two days. No follow up or notifications at all. Went in to pick up my vehicle because I was unable to reach anyone and the ceiling was leaking after two days. No follow up or notifications at all. Went in to pick up my vehicle because I was unable to reach anyone and the ceiling was leaking in several places and on the poor lady back there trying to help people. She was super nice and apologetic about it but the entire experience was unsatisfactory. Service was not completed so unable to provide more details. More

I had an appointment on a Monday morning at 8:30 and got Mike their car there at the right time. I didn’t hear anything from the dealership on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday I talked to Eric and said he wou Mike their car there at the right time. I had to call again on Thursday and Eric said it would be ready that day. I had called them several times on Tuesday and Wednesday and left messages never was a call returned. I finally got my car back at the end of the day about 430 on Thursday. All they would’ve had to of done is told me that they were very busy and couldn’t get to my car but I was left without a car for almost the whole week . I had two different appointments for a minor repair. First one, my truck was there for three hours without being looked at.
