Car Biz Auto Body I do NOT recommend this auto body. I have worked with them multiple times usually through insurance. The one time I decide to pay out of pocket they c I do NOT recommend this auto body. I have worked with them multiple times usually through insurance. The one time I decide to pay out of pocket they charge me over $3K and took over 2 months to fix my car. They ordered the wrong part multiple times and left me driving with no turn signals for over 2 months! They never once offered a loaner or even apologized for their mistake. Once the body work was done and the correct wire was replaced I then found my locks on my passenger door no longer worked. I have since found a new Chevrolet dealer that cares about its clients. They found my wiring was not done properly which costed me an additional few hundred dollars. Car Biz does not take pride in their work clearly. Very Unhappy and will NEVER return. More

I started at their website to see what was available in my price range that fit my requirements., I called Charlie Melnick in sales and set up an appointment. Of the 2 cars I looked at, one clearly stood out and after test driving the car was sold. I liked that there was "no game playing". Straightforward, honest man, that's Charlie Melnick. When we picked up the car Lou, the finance man, went through all the finalized paperwork. No hidden ambiguous fees. He even had a wireless rearview camera installed at my husband's request. Charlie put the plates on, and took time to go over all the operating features and set up the OnStar before we left the lot. Very happy experience. More

Poor Service In January of 2014, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Buick Enclave from Sullivan O’Neill’s in Avon, CT. I scheduled an appointment on September In January of 2014, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Buick Enclave from Sullivan O’Neill’s in Avon, CT. I scheduled an appointment on September 9, 2014 to have the air conditioning checked and to have a safety recall issue taken care of. I had four months left on the warranty. The air conditioning was making a whooshing noise and was not cooling well. I got a call from Ray Pelletier, the service manager, a while after I dropped off the car. He said that a mouse had built a nest inside the AC unit. He further stated that this would not be covered under warranty, that they would have to take the whole unit apart to get at it, and that it would cost well over $1000 to do this. They did not have time to do it that day. When I started to use the air conditioning this season, it again made a whooshing sound and did not cool well. I brought it to Gallagher Buick in New Britain. They found that I had a bad actuator, which would have been covered under the warranty. They found no evidence of a mouse nest in the system. This cost me $549.47. I complained to GMC, who contacted O'Neills. They first tried to say that I refused the diagnostic on it. This was ridiculous. I made the appointment specifically to have the problem fixed. Then they said they wouldn't cover it because the warranty had expired by the time I brought it to the other dealer. My error was in trusting the service manager when he told me it wouldn't be covered by the warranty. If I had not, I would have brought it to another dealer over the winter months. I had no reason to do so until the spring because I thought it would not be covered. I am extremely disappointed with Sullivan's customer service and would never use them again. More
