This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Cheryl and everyone I dealt with were friendly, low pressure and extremely competent. Cheryl bates contacted us by e mail during our car shopping phase. We told her what we were interested in and she came back with some options that fit our needs. Overall experience was very smooth overall. My husband and I are new to Sullivan's O'Neill's Chevrolet Buick. Within just a couple minutes of entering the showroom we were greeted by Shawn Sullivan, asked a couple of questions and referred t Chevrolet Buick. Within just a couple minutes of entering the showroom we were greeted by Shawn Sullivan, asked a couple of questions and referred to Jim Porter to answer our questions and review inventory with us. I couldn't decide between a couple of vehicles. Jim was patient, provided the necessary information and followed through with our discussions. Our transaction was handled quickly and efficiently but at no time did we feel rushed. At pickup Jim reviewed the Traverse with us from front to back to make sure we didn't have any questions. We required a service appointment which Jim set up for us and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new purchase and plan to call on Jim again when our other business vehicles require replacement. More
This was one of the best car-buying experiences I have had largely due to the fact that the salesperson was knowledgeable, sincere and low-key in her approach. There was no trying to impress us; she let the product (a 2012 Chevy Malibu) speak for itself but was easily able to answer any questions we had about it and about other comparable vehicles. She also listened to what we actually said and what we only implied about what we were seeking in a new car. She then explored all the possible options in order to make sure that we got the car that was best for us. Finally, we also very much appreciated the straightforward manner in which the pricing was presented by the sales manager. We felt that it was clear what the actual cost of the car would be and what we would be given in trade. It was after that was all clear that any incentives/discounts were applied. The sales process was carried out in a timely manner. When we picked up the new car, all relevant employees were prepared for us and the details were handled very efficiently. More
