I am driving Acura for almost 14years, and i have been dealing with some Acura dealerships in Houston, Palm beach and Georgia. This dealership is the worse in all aspects and i feel sad that Acura has a d dealing with some Acura dealerships in Houston, Palm beach and Georgia. This dealership is the worse in all aspects and i feel sad that Acura has a dealership like this. My feedback is not to hurt anyone, however, take it as a learning process to improve. Too many service points missing. I did a reservation on line and u neec to pick up between two plans, which i picked up plan B. When i arrived to my appointment, i clearly mentioned that i m traveling and i need my car to be checked completely. Joshua kept repeating its an oil changed. And i kept saying, i need the 15 points, which i normally do with others dealerships. Additionally, i mentioned that AC at driver side is not cooling like a passenger side and needs three minutes to start feeling it. A quick response, we need a day to fix it!! After i wIted fir thirty minutes, the car was only done with the oil changed, i noticed a rare light break is off and the soare tire was not checked. The whole experience is awful and ur store is not recommended at all. More

The people are very nice, The service area is very clean. A nice environment to wait in… but I was told my part had to be ordered, so I made an appointment to come back the next week. Please, if they’re any problems where the customer is involved be sure to investigate exactly where the problem started. The check in man in the service department was wonderful, my problem involved the receptionist that made my appointment and spoke with me about my sunvisor , she should have made sure the correct part was in the dealership when I arrived the first time as I told her mine was falling down. Everyone has been great except for that, almost $1,000 would be considered ridiculous in my world to pay for any sunvisor! I paid almost $500.00 and that is ridiculous too! Everything was perfect. I was given a loaner which was extremely nice. The only problem was I only drove the loaner from the dealer to my home. I said something when I came back and thy said they never checked the amount of gas in the car. I guess I paid for a lot of people's gas. More
