Poor communication until I called repeatedly asking about the status of my car. I never had a voicemail message that I left for different individuals returned. Also thought I was in a loaner but I was never the status of my car. I never had a voicemail message that I left for different individuals returned. I was hoping to get good service since its so close to home and they didn’t disappoint- I got great service. I was greeted immediately, helped by a friendly agent, given directions to the waiting area, dr home and they didn’t disappoint- I got great service.
