Salma was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the Volvo and took the time to make sure I understood all of its features. Before I left, she had everything set up for me, including the electronics! She had me adjust the seat and mirrors to my liking and saved them to my key fob. She also named the other fob for my husband so his adjustments will be ready when he drives Duchess. She even transferred everything from my old vehicle into my new one. She truly went above and beyond. She also recognized that I was exhausted after driving most of the night and then making my way through what was, without question, the worst traffic I have ever experienced in Jacksonville! Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made the entire process so much easier. As for the Volvo itself, I absolutely love it. Every time I drive it, I’m reminded that I made the right decision. The next day, Sabrina, with the Service Dept., who was also nothing but professional, caring and kind started the communication process. She sent me a diagnosis video from Conner, the technician. In all my years of dealing with car issues, I have never received such a thorough, easy-to-understand breakdown of a car's mechanical failures and itemized costs. Again, I continued to be impressed. Because of the car's age, repair costs, and unavailability of the major part, I decided to cut my losses and purchase another vehicle. Had I not had such a positive experience with O'Steen at the onset, I would have gone to a different dealership more in my affordability level. However, I chose O'Steen and Sabrina hooked me up with Jason in sales. I discussed with Jason my needs and budget.
