I started working with Junior a few months ago. He was consistently helpful and courteous (Friendliness = 5). We found the right car. But there was some confusion about the configuration. Eventually it wo consistently helpful and courteous (Friendliness = 5). We found the right car. But there was some confusion about the configuration. Eventually it worked itself out. But not without some disappointment on my side (hence Customer Service = 4, not 5). Nonetheless, it was a great deal (Price = 5). I'd refer friends and family to Junior and this dealer. However, take whatever measures you think appropriate to be absolutely certain of your target car's configuration. Then write it all down in a common explicit vocabulary and make it a part of the official pre-purchase paperwork. More
