Yesterday we purchased a 2021 BMW X7 from Oakes GMC for $50,000. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone for several reasons. The manager, Met Endryson, told us over the phone that the vehicle was $50,000. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone for several reasons. The manager, Met Endryson, told us over the phone that the vehicle was in perfect condition and that he had personally driven it. In reality, it was completely different. We were told there were 2 keys, but there was only 1. The brake discs and pads are worn almost to zero. The air conditioning does not work, and the transfer case has defects—the car jerks while driving. My family and I are traveling to Florida, and the dealership was aware of this, yet they did not properly prepare a $50,000 vehicle for safe use. They sold us this car with these defects, which has 37,200 miles on it. Because we were told the car was in perfect condition, we drove 1,000 miles from Ohio specifically for this vehicle. Now we are forced to interrupt our family vacation due to a faulty car, which we will be taking to a BMW service center tomorrow for repairs. We hope that the warranty they provided will cover these issues. We ask the management to take this matter seriously and take appropriate action. Thank you. More
