We bought our CR-V from the Weymouth Honda this past month. It was an excellent experience hassle free. We first contacted the dealership via email, and Justin was the only dealership that responded to all our questions quickly and thoroughly related to price so we knew exactly what it would be, no hidden costs anywhere. When we went to the dealership, Justin made sure we understood exactly what we were getting and took the time to explain all details thoroughly. We found their price competitive and the trade-ins fair. Both Justin and James were professional and very patient while we made our decision. Overall it was a positive experience and I can recommend Weymouth Honda without any hesitation. More
While researching what others had paid for their 2011 Odyssey, I found a post that said, "Don't waste your time with this, just go to Weymouth Honda for the best price." I contacted Weymouth online and Odyssey, I found a post that said, "Don't waste your time with this, just go to Weymouth Honda for the best price." I contacted Weymouth online and spoke with Bob Masland. Even though I was buying from out of state and 400 miles from home, Bob made the process stress free and as easy as possible. They even paid extra to overnight some paperwork on a Saturday. I took a flight to Boston and Bob had someone waiting for me when I hit the pavement. This could not have gone better and I saved $1000 even after paying for the flight. I would recommend this dealership and Bob Masland, without hesitation. More

Bought a used ridgeline for top dollar , and traded my 05 tsx for bottom dollar 10500 now its on ther front line for 13,995 it was like a brand new car. so the day we picked up ridgeline was told could not tsx for bottom dollar 10500 now its on ther front line for 13,995 it was like a brand new car. so the day we picked up ridgeline was told could not get a Inspection sticker because the battery was changed. Absolute b/s it was never changed. Its a 120mile trip for me to pick up the truck so i said well just give me the 30$ and ill get it done on my own time. The salesman said they do not do that so I just left . Decided to get sticker on my own a few days later , now before picking up the truck i mentioned to the salesman the tirs were very dry rotted and low tread and he assured me they were in great condition . so I goto my local sticker shop and find myself leaving with a big red R rejection . I call Jason themanager and he says come up and we will take care of the tires for you. So I drive the 60miles one way with my 15month old on a saturday morning expecting to be taken care of. I find my self being told the tires are fine and basically to beat it. After being yelled at by 2 men infront of my baby i was told to call michelin or goto townfair tire . so i goto town fair and they basically told me the same as the inspection place the tires are junk they need to replace. Finally after 6 hrs my tires got replaced and I was able to be done with these clowns. All the hassel for nothing if a car is sold it needs to pass inspection bottom line thats it and the tried to screw me. Ive bought many cars and always buy hondas but I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WEYMOUTH HONDA , WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . Rude and disrespectfull yelling and swearing infront of my 15month old baby by the manager what a joke. over 3 tires i mean come on . Stay away from them go to SILKO or AUTOFAIR honda they are both great dealers within 30 miles of them. More
We just bought a new car from this dealership, and I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised we were at what a positive experience it was. We worked with Katrina, who does internet sales, and from gett can't tell you how pleasantly surprised we were at what a positive experience it was. We worked with Katrina, who does internet sales, and from getting a quote to driving away in our new car she was positive, reliable, and always available for questions. It was such an exciting experience for us - our first new car! - and she was right there with us! We never, ever felt like we were being upsold or spoken down to by anyone at the dealership, which was so far from what I expected when we set out to buy a car that I had to pinch myself while eating a pastry, waiting for our license plates to be put on! My current lease of a Honda Accord was ending and I had originally leased from Boch Honda. I had such a terrible experience at Boch that I did not want to walk back into that dealership ever again. I wen originally leased from Boch Honda. I had such a terrible experience at Boch that I did not want to walk back into that dealership ever again. I went into Weymouth Honda, Alex greeted myself and my mother right away. He was professional and kind as well as very informative to what my options were. We were only in the dealership a total of 45 minutes which is a minor miracle in my experience with dealerships! Because of his knowledge and efforts I am leasing from Weymouth Honda and will be a loyal customer even when this lease is over. I have now had 3 Accords and because of Alex changing my mind about dealerships I will have a 4th. I recommend asking for Alex when going to Weymouth Honda. He is the utmost professional, kind and is a pleasure to deal with. Not to mention, I got a great deal! If anyone is deciding between Boch Honda and Weymouth.....do not waste your time...go to Weymouth and ask for Alex! More

He was very patient, allowing me to stop in at my convenience and look at cars. The most laid back salesman I could imagine, while still being effecient and organized when needed. When I completely switched from one car to the other he didn't seem frustrated at all, and started all over explaining the new car to me. I would give this dealerhsip a 5/5 except that the financing aspect was stressful. I was able to get a slightly better car loan through my bank, but it ended up being a lot of leg work (ie. headache) on my part coordinating between my bank and the dealership. With that being said, if Bob is still selling cars next time I need to buy one I will go to wherever he works! In addition, I found the prices for used cars at Weymouth Honda to be much closer to the kelly blue book price than any other dealership I went to in the South Shore, I feel like I got an excellent deal on my car. Unethical business practices abound at this family business. (I hope they wouldn't treat their family this way). My car had a police report written up for malicious damage done to it while on their p business. (I hope they wouldn't treat their family this way). My car had a police report written up for malicious damage done to it while on their property, and they did not feel the need to let me know. All four tires, wheels, rims were stolen off of my car, which was jacked up by boulders and wood while spending 24 hours on their property for overnight service (accessory install) just 4 days after purchase. Thieves were caught with tires, which dealer then put back on. Instead of informing me of what happened, ensuring that all was ok, and maybe emphasizing the importance of locking lug nuts, they just let me pay for my service and be on my way without a word. I was notified by District Attorney's office asking if I wanted to do a victim impact statement (which I first though was an error as I was unaware of what had happened.) Ironically, the following Monday after the incident at Weymouth Honda (when thieves were out on bail) - the same crime happened to my car (all 4 wheels/rims/tires stolen - this time successfully) when parked at work within the first two hours of parking it that morning. (Did thieves see parking sticker on my window, or is this just a coincidence? Police are looking for a possible connection.) When I called dealer after learning about the incident that happened on their property later in the week , they lied and told me what I had heard from DA's office on police report described another car that had wheels stolen and my car had only had lug nuts removed and no damage done. I believed what they told me but later found out this was a blatant lie. A week later I finally got a copy of the police report which clearly states the car not only had tires removed but they were confiscated down the street with the thieves not on the property, and two police officers' narrative describe damage done to paint and under body of the car registered to me(which I'd originally attributed to the 2nd theft done in the garage, before I knew of this first one.) Both instances likely could have been prevented if dealer better protected my car, not having their service area in complete darkness (other area dealerships use wheel-locks on customer cars that don't have them while under their care) and/or let me know of first incident so I could better protect my car from the from second incident. (Having an off-street deeded spot at home and paying $225/month to park in a gated/garage at work, I originally didn't think I needed locking lug nuts, but I thought wrong.) Dealer doesn't think they needed to tell me about the incident, but many are telling me that can't be legal to not notify the owner of property if it is damaged while in their possession. ??? Aside from this MAJOR grievance, the so-called new car was delivered with 223 miles on it even though 50 miles was written in the mileage area on all paperwork as a placeholder while it came from a nearby dealership. I kept inquiring how many miles were on it but being distracted by salesperson. In some states a car is not considered new, it's a demo car after 150 miles and sells at a discount. There was no discount. It was also not properly detailed - had leaves, dirt, shoe marks on interior, windows were streaked from an inadequate wipe down, and it was missing floor mats that come standard with vehicle. (The dealer did install mats the day of the accessory, but not the standard ones, they've since sent them. However, car interior was still not thoroughly cleaned and it's never felt like a new car). I can not believe anyone has had any positive experience at this dealership. I'm completely baffled. Never mind the 1970's interior tables with chairs (no desks), with "salesman of the year" plaques all ove at this dealership. I'm completely baffled. Never mind the 1970's interior tables with chairs (no desks), with "salesman of the year" plaques all over the support beams next to each salesman's table, untidy paperwork randomly wallpapers each table...how about the manager (or owner?) yelling in the middle of the show room, asking where everyone is, "I've got customers in here, wandering around, I've got someone out there, looking at the used cars. Where the xxxx is everyone? Let's go!" Really? All these positive reviews, and not one of them mentioned how creepy this place is? WOW! This is the typical, old school nightmare of a place. If you're ok with all this crap - by all means - buy a car here. Oh, by the way, we knew what we wanted (make, model, new)so we asked them what they would be willing to give us for my vehicle. They took it for a drive, and obviously couldn't find anything wrong with it, because they wanted to take $500 off the trade in value for a chip in the windshield...REALLY? That, combined with the wicked nice environment, made us take our well-over-800-credit-score and leave within 10 minutes of arriving there:) More
