I have been a service customer of Weymouth for many years. They are friendly, fast and honest and they never do unnecessary repairs. We recently bought our new Honda at Weymouth and the price was lower years. They are friendly, fast and honest and they never do unnecessary repairs. We recently bought our new Honda at Weymouth and the price was lower than other dealerships and the service was fantastic as always. I would never take my car anywhere else. I recommend Weymouth Honda without reservation. More

This is my 3-rd leased vehicle, the other two being Mazda 3. They offer one of the best new car pricing, beaten only by one other Honda dealer in Boston area. What I liked about this place is that the price that we have discussed with my salesperson over the phone was actually the final price. They did not conceal taxes or fees like many other dealerships do. The process was smooth from initial contact to delivery. I went ahead and made it a single payment lease, paying close to $4,000 in advance for the entire lease duration of 24 months. In the hindsight, I should have chosen one of their monthly payment leases. At 6,000 miles (July) it was time for the first oil change. Impressed by the leasing experience I decided to go out of my way and make a 25-mile trip from Brighton to get an oil change at Weymouth Honda as well, even though there is another Honda dealership 1/2 mile from my house. 2 months after the oil change, oil light comes on while driving on the highway and 1/4 mile later the car stalls and does not restart. I had to get it towed to the nearest Honda dealership. The verdict: engine ceased, $12,000 to replace. The cause: oil drain bolt not properly torqued after the oil change, gradually working its way, eventually popping out and spilling engine oil all over the Turnpike, before the engine ceased. The car has been in the shop since (4 weeks now and counting). I have talked to the service manager at Weymouth Honda a few times. He refuses to acknowledge their negligence. He also told me on the phone that he discussed it with the general manager and Weymouth Honda refuses to repair the car or even notify their garage insurance company. I have requested this statement in writing 2 weeks ago, but still have not received it. The last time I checked on the status of this statement with the service manager, it was being reviewed by the "higher powers" (after clarification, the "higher powers" turned out to be the general manager). In the meanwhile I have also contacted Honda Customer Service, BBB, Honda Lease Trust and sent a certified-mail letter to Honda headquarters in California. Nobody has offerred any kind of a solution. In fact nobody seems to care at all. The service manager seems to think that I have unscrewed the bolt myself. I don't even know what the thing looks like or where it is located. I have to mention that I had to cancel multiple meetings at work because of this issue. I had to rent a car at my own expense for 15 days. The service manager told me that they "do not provide service rentals and never have". This is funny because the receipt for the very same oil change says that "service rentals are available". This ended up costing me over $1000 extra, on top of the lease that I am paying for but are not able to use. Last weekend I bought a car from another dealer. Have to get to work somehow, right? Can't rent forever, either! Since then I am preparing for a court hearing. Finally, I would like to thank the people at Weymouth Honda for a perfect opportunity to learn the subtleties of the leasing process. I have gained a great deal of experience from this. I am looking forward to learning Massachussets consumer protection laws and asserting them in court. You live you learn indeed. I was basically forced to go to Weymouth Honda after having a malfunction with my car alarm/radio unit. The local mechanic that I normally bring it to told me that it was something that could only be re having a malfunction with my car alarm/radio unit. The local mechanic that I normally bring it to told me that it was something that could only be repaired by a dealership. Given where I live, Weymouth Honda was the closest. From the moment I drove on to the lot I was put off by the lack of customer parking as well as a pretty decrepit service area with rude service people. Long story short, I ended up having to bring the car back twice to correct the problem and in the end, they had to disable the radio as that was the only way they could "fix" the malfunctioning alarm. So after being out over $600, I no longer had a working radio or alarm system. Since that time I have taken my business to Prime Honda and despite the fact it is a little further away, they actually treat you right and they don't give you the runaround like they do at Weymouth Honda. This was by far the best dealership experience I've had in a long time. While Weymouth Honda was a bit of a distance, it was all worth it. I felt like my car was truly taken care of and looked at to make in a long time. While Weymouth Honda was a bit of a distance, it was all worth it. I felt like my car was truly taken care of and looked at to make sure that I was absolutely safe in it. I was even given the heads up about future service that would need to happen in order to keep the care in good shape. They also are truly price competitive. I recently recommended it to my Mom who just had her car serviced their the other day. As she pointed out (jokingly of course), the only reason why she wouldn't buy a car from them was because they were truly smart and she couldn't outwit them! We both had a great experience and look forward to bringing our cars there in the future. More

I have never felt more comfortable in a dealership as I do at Weymouth Honda. The people who work there are friendly and welcoming. But more than that, I feel total confidence in the service I receive th do at Weymouth Honda. The people who work there are friendly and welcoming. But more than that, I feel total confidence in the service I receive there. Extra care for accuracy and reliability makes the service dept the best. Harvey is a stickler for details, and his knowledge base is extrodaonary. I appreciate the little things they do, too, like (Danny) washing my car if they have time after a service appointment!! wow!! What joy on pickup!! Jason is a very calm and organized sales manager... he makes you feel at home, without that "pressuring you" feeling. He makes you feel that he can make anything possible. I LOVE Weymouth Honda. I have bought cars from Weymouth Honda for over 30 years. I was attracted at first by the excellent condition of the used cars I used to get there. They all drove smoothly, without rattles, handled well (the I was attracted at first by the excellent condition of the used cars I used to get there. They all drove smoothly, without rattles, handled well (the dealership was not afraid to put new tires on its used car inventory) and the valuye for price paid. When my circumstances allowed and I began to buy new cars, I found my service experience was extraordinary. Whenever I needed one, the dealership cheerfully mad a loaner car available, and I never even had to ask whether all the Honda service directives had been performed (they always had). This is an excellent car dealership that I recommend to all my friends. They buy the cars there because the price is a good value, but they stay because the dealership keeps the products in "like new" condition even years after the sale. More

Brought my car in for a new alternator as I was stuck and couldn't bring it to my trusted independent Honda repair-tech. They replaced the alternator but I question the parts they put in and the story they couldn't bring it to my trusted independent Honda repair-tech. They replaced the alternator but I question the parts they put in and the story they gave me (had to go 30 miles to another dealer, blah, blah, blah) and the fact that my car "dissapeared" during the repair process. All of this with a real sympathetic tone and face (key word is really "pathetic"). They charged me full retail (I guess their right but shows they are unwilling to work with a customer or retain future business) and the best part is the tech who worked on my car STOLE the gas-shocks that hold the hood open. They swapped my brand-new ones for someone elses used ones. They think I wouldn't notice but I just put brand-spanking new ones in five months ago. The ones they stole from me don't even hold the hood open. I have been there many times to buy parts (as I never really trusted them) and hear the same BS lines they give to every customer at the service desk. "We've not heard of any problem with that on your car" when they know there is a Technical Service Bulletin or Honda has refused to repair it. They then rake these poor souls over the coals. This time, it was my turn. DO NOT GO THERE! READ OTHER REVIEWS! THERE ARE TOO MANY NEGATIVE POSTS TO TRUST THESE THIEVES. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL AND STEAL YOUR MONEY, CAR PARTS, AND MOST OF ALL, YOUR TRUST!!!! If you have to, rent a bike before trusting them. More
