The person scheduling my appointment was a bit pushy. I liked the sales manager and the choice of sales person. The new car I originally test drove was not washed and dirty outside and after the deal e I liked the sales manager and the choice of sales person. The dealership itself could use some updating as the buyer chair I sat in with Mike was quite worn and no one would have it in their home. While waiting someone at the dealership could have gone over the dash system and electronics or asked me if I wanted a review. After I self taught myself I began really falling in love with my purchase. I think I did OK on my trades but could have done 1000 better on the Elantra. I liked that I was listened to and the process of buying went well time wise. I give sales 5 stars however I give the dealership 4 stars overall. More
