Horrible experience. Incompetent technicians. Radio is still not working. Noise behind radio was never fixed and has gotten louder. A/C work was horrendous. Technician br Incompetent technicians. Brought back second time Tried to blame me for water soaked floor. Brought back a third time to discover your incompetent technician had broken the heater box. PUT MY CHILDS LIFE IN DANGER. After picking vehicle up for the third time. Found front passenger seat bolts where left loose while my 13 year old Child was in the seat on the freeway. took vehicle back for a fourth time to another dealership to have my seat fixed. Vehicle had a clunking noise from the front end after 3rd visit That noise is also getting worse. Your incompetent technician is directly responsible for destroying my vehicle. This is pathetic. You deserve a negative 5 star. With in 40 days i had to bring the vehicle in 4 times for a total of 31 day’s because of this dealerships incompetence. Should have only been ONE visit. They didn’t even care. Would never recommend this place. NOBODY PUTS MY CHILDREN'S LIVES IN DANGER. LAWYER UP. More
