He really helped me plan the timing for the replacement of my rear shock absorbers. He told that I could hold off until my next service which is when my car reaches 100,000 miles. He explained that that was a very expensive service and suggested that I call him when I was ready to pay for the shock absorbers and he would order them and get them in before the next big service. I was so grateful for his advice and assurance that it would be all right to wait for a month to do the shock absorbers. I am so glad he explained that to me. I was ready with the appointment and payment and now am the proud owner of new rear shocks! Thank you Christian! More
