I did not receive the correct invoice last time I got my oil changed. I was handed another customer’s and didn’t notice until arriving home. I called and they said they would reach back out - I never receiv oil changed. I was handed another customer’s and didn’t notice until arriving home. When I brought my car in this weekend, I asked for a copy and was instructed it was not possible but was given a shorthand print out of service history which I am disappointed since it is important to me to keep all my service records. The technicians left an oil stain on my roof liner but Brandon quickly took care of that once I let him know. Brandon was pretty short with me in our interactions - he was not rude but he was able to do what was required to get my service completed. More
