Simply put: they went out of their way to assist and correct my new vehicle problem. Everyone at the place was courteous and showed a serious desire to excel in what they do and it showed. The service manager was a very efficient and punctual individual and not one word he spoke he did not back up with real results. The mechanics took their time with me and I felt, really, overwhelmed by their level of dedication. I have not dealt with the sales people as I am only reviewing my experience with their service department. Top Notch, truly excellent and it did not appear to be a fluke. I am hesitant to rate the maximum but in this case is all I can do from that one experience. They try hard and it should be noted that their efforts are appreciated.
