We booked in advanced. No one greeted us when we arrived. Went into office - spoke with someone who walked us to Felix's desk where we waited for 10 minutes until he showe No one greeted us when we arrived. Had to go back to his desk after 2.5 hours to ask for an update when he said car was alost finished. Way too long for a basic service on a car with only 5K miles. More

Salesman was not enthusiastic I did not make me excited about purchasing car. Had lots of advertisements that are gimmicks.
