Jonathan didn't do a good job explain the signing contract. Alot of hidden fees that we were not aware off. We feel that the Finance Manager Jonathan is ripping us off. I was called to make an appointment to bring my car in regarding a recall notice. When I brought my car in they told me they did not have the part that was needed. Good work done, but went in for a simple routine oil change. Was confronted with a $1000+ worth of maintenance. There were items that were scratched off the list because as we went over the list they we change. Was confronted with a $1000+ worth of maintenance. There were items that were scratched off the list because as we went over the list they were recently done already. Did the maintenance work. Then when I picked up the car, was presented with $1,000+ more maintenance needed. One item was done at my last visit, the CVT transmission fluid replacement. Made me angry that twice in the same visit recommended services that I had already had done recently were being recommended again. All of sudden I suspect this dealership will gauge its customers of unnecessary services, where I never felt that way before. More
