I will say that my Service Advisor, Rafael Ruiz was excellent. He was very polite, knowledgeable very helpful and efficient. Rafael is 5 Star, no question, he delivers gold star service. However the dealership in general, especially the sales team really need to step up their customer service skills. I bought my car there because I had no choice, my lease had expired and I couldn’t get back to North Carolina. There’s a cold unhappy feeling in this dealership, it’s palpable. Learn how to make people feel good for spending their time and their money with you, not like we got taken advantage of and no one cares, it feels like it’s a one way ticket with the dealership getting everything and the customer getting screwed.
