The services I requested was for the 100,000 maintenance; I was informed by the technician that because some items where done an a previous visit, the cost will be about $1,000.00, but he will apply a disc I was informed by the technician that because some items where done an a previous visit, the cost will be about $1,000.00, but he will apply a discount. He offer a free rental, and I accepted, and I was told that I can drop the car there, however: I was never notified that my car was ready, I have to call twice at around 5:00pm to find if it was. I arrive little before 6:00pm and the bill was way more then estimated and no discount; the person who attended me didn't want me to leave the rental there, reluctantly he accepted. I always use this center, but this is the first time I'm really was disappointed and frustrated. Also I just find out that is another issue with the car: the rear shocks are leaking, that is something that your mechanic should it notice? More
