am leaving Honda a 5 star perfect review for one reason and one reason only. The reason is because of Jackleen from the service department. She deserves a raise! After having a horrible day with phone calls from my warranty company and dealing with it all day literally from 9:00am-5:00pm. She was beyond helpful. She was able to resolve all the issues I was having, get my car fixed in a timely manner and even helped me get a rent a car which I desperately needed due to starting a new nursing job. She was beyond helpful, and professional although I was not due to everything going wrong that day. As soon as I got to Honda jackleen turned my day around. Honda is very lucky to have her as an employee. More
