EVIL = AVOID = BAD. Ocean Honda of Hanover is Dishonest, Unreliable and Lies to Customers. I sent an on-line email/message - inquiring about a specific vehicle's Availab Ocean Honda of Hanover is Dishonest, Unreliable and Lies to Customers. I sent an on-line email/message - inquiring about a specific vehicle's Availability and Location (Brockton or Hanover). Is it still for Sale? Where can I go to Test Drive it? No response. Rather - numerous SPAM text messages were sent to my personal Cell phone. No answer or clarification to my questions & unwanted solicitations sent for other vehicles. On Thur 5/15, I called the Hanover location to follow-up on the vehicle. I spoke with the Sales Manager (Nick). who informed me it was in Hanover and still Available for Sale. On Friday 5/16 at 2pm, I received another call from Bridget (a sales rep for Nick), asking if I was still interested & if I would be arriving to test drive this Available vehicle in Hanover. I told her - great – yes, I will be driving down from Boston and be there within 2 hours. Upon arrival in Hanover, I was introduced to Manny (another Sales rep) - who would take me on a test run. Manny immediately asked me what other vehicles I wanted to test drive. My answer - NONE - I drove down to drive the vehicle I inquired about and that was here for me to purchase. Manny went to "get the vehicle" (aka..walked around the lot), came back and told me the vehicle was alreadly Sold to another customer the AM at 10am. Again. AVOID this place - Dishonest, Lies, and Not Trust Worthy – not a good way to do Business, from the get-go. More

Cannot say enough about the team here at Ocean. We were on the hunt for a very specific Honda Pilot and finally found one at Ocean. Unfortunately we lived over 2 hours away and knew we had to make sure it was everything we wanted before we made the trips to complete the sale. Sam was assigned to us and we were more than lucky. He went out of his way to confirm and find us the perfect car, despite our annoyances and persistence he stayed in communication with us and worked around our work schedules to get to a great deal. Lou and Kellyanne put their all into the deal and even went out of their way to send us someone to complete paperwork. Finally we went to see the car and take it home and even when we had a couple requests regarding some preferences on the car Jason and Sam made sure we were happy. We left with our dream Pilot and happy customers. Ocean puts their customers first and gets you the best deal and has the best inventory. Go see them, don’t hesitate. More
I purchased my 2024 Civic 10 months ago. I have NOT had a chance to enjoy my experience with this car. The first 2 weeks I requested that they check the car because my tires in front felt as I have NOT had a chance to enjoy my experience with this car. I requested service for it and they had it ALLDAY only to still have the issue feel as if it was getting WORSE!! It felt as if they put a bandage on it and keep Gaslighting me . I took my car to Balise Honda in North Attleboro where they found the Battery was NO GOOD. I had them rotate the tires and that same Issue I have had since the purchase is so Bad I feel the tire is gonna come of and Kill me. I ride my grandkids in this car. I'm going to schedule an appointment with Balise and see if they can be true and care about my Safety and fix the issue tom keep me Safe and be able to enjoy the car. I just want people to know DO NOT Trust Honda of Hanover. I will return after my scheduled repair with Balise Honda and see if they care about my Safety. Also watch them they put and 8 per cent interest rate on the car and In had to refi with my Bank Capitalone . Just so you know going in THEY ARE CROOKS. Oh by the way my car only has 3000 miles on it More

The transaction took forever to go through, even though we had everything ready and good to go. Nick the manager gave us a nasty look and didn't seem like he wanted us there at all. When it came to financi we had everything ready and good to go. Nick the manager gave us a nasty look and didn't seem like he wanted us there at all. When it came to financing, they didn't bother to let us know of the interest rate of the finance deal until the finalization stage of the transaction, felt lied to and we had to fight so we wouldn't have an 8% interest rate. At the end of the day we bought the car but left feeling sluggish due to the fact that the transaction took nearly 5 hours. More
