Took my Accord in for A1 first service. Left car at dealer. Safety 2 hours I called and was told car was ready. No call from them. Was told to give them 10 minutes to get paperwork. After 2 Left car at dealer. Safety 2 hours I called and was told car was ready. No call from them. Was told to give them 10 minutes to get paperwork. After 25 minutes I still waited. No cashier to help me. Supervisor finally helped me. Got my car and paperwork. Advisor gave me my paperwork when my car came out. Wait time was unacceptable. 2 hrs for an A1 service was too long. I’m glad I didn’t waste my time and wait there. More
