Purchased a CPO Mazda CX 90 from this location for out of state. Expressed concerns on the condition of the tires. Spoke to a manger at the time and wasn’t provided any assistance. Purchased extended warranties, Maintenance plan etc to have coverage on the new car for our family. Went to the first oil change just 4k miles later and I was hit with you need tires. So I contacted Ocean Mazda again and no one wanted to help or returned my calls. Took my car after its second oil change, another 4k miles later and they said again to me that you have to change your tires. The car only has 24k miles on it and I purchased it as a loaner car that they CPO’d so it was in the possession of Ocean the entire time. I called them again yesterday got transferred around several times. Left a message for the manager however I haven’t heard anything back yet again. Other than the actual sales person this place has horrible customer service. More
Buying a Mazda car from a Mazda dealer should be an easy and professional process. However, Ocean Mazda Roswell are ABSOLUTELY USELESS, UNBELIEVABLE !! Purchased a car in April after new owners took over th and professional process. However, Ocean Mazda Roswell are ABSOLUTELY USELESS, UNBELIEVABLE !! Purchased a car in April after new owners took over the franchise and they could not have messed up the car registration more if they tried. I finally went to the DMV myself two days before the temporary tag expired (as dealer would not return calls) and turned out the dealer had canceled the registration process due to a mistake on their part. The DMV refused to register the car. Ocean Mazda Roswell were aware of their mess up and I was one of many customers affected and yet they did nothing at all. Went back and forth for a week with mess up after mess up on their part. The new car ended up sitting in my garage as I could not legaly drive it after the temporary tag ran out. They even sent me a new temporary registration witha FAKE VIN number and told me I should be ok as long as the VIN on the temporary tag was not checked if I was stopped by the police ! I pointed out that this was highly illegal !!! Unreal eh ! Finally got the car legally registered. I asked for some kind of compensation for all my wasted time and not beinge able to use the car and they offered to give me some accessories and now again, they will not return any phone calls and the coward of a general manager will not call me back despite call after call after call. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS ! Please check out other people;'s revires as well , you will be totally shocked by their questionable practices. More
