I love Mazda of Roswells service. They always keep you up to date and make you comfortable. They worked swiftly so i didn’t end up paying what i was quoted. However, this is the second time this year I have to date and make you comfortable. They worked swiftly so i didn’t end up paying what i was quoted. However, this is the second time this year I have brought my car in to get serviced and both times after I have left, my ac fans have start making a whistling sound after they have been in there. They fixed it last time, but after having a rental for two days and living an hour away, it’ll have to be an issue next visit. Love the service, just feel like i get stuff fixed and leave with someone else that needs it. Almost feels intentional, but I’m sure it’s not the case. More

I enjoy my new car and the buying experience was mostly pleasant, but I have some issues with the dealer’s attention to detail. When I went to sign the financial paperwork, I was told they were taking my c pleasant, but I have some issues with the dealer’s attention to detail. When I went to sign the financial paperwork, I was told they were taking my car to fill up with gas. When I got in the car to drive away, the car was only 3/4 full of gas. I have also noticed that they did not take off some writing on the front windshield that I assume was from it sitting at the dealership. The final offer I signed varied from what I was charged by about $90, but I was not informed of this nor shown the paperwork. All the paperwork I requested was not in the packet they gave me to take home. More
